Each sheet is custom printed on high quality printable vinyl with a wide format eco solvent printer. You can select from adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl or glitter heat transfer vinyl. We include heat transfer mask with our standard heat transfer vinyl. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing
We print on the following types of vinyl
Permanent Adhesive - gloss finish with a permanent adhesive can be used to make car decals, tumbler decals, etc. Requires transfer tape which is not included
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) - heat applied to apparel with an iron or heat press. It can be applied to cotton, polyester or cotton/poly blends. Available as standard or glitter. Requires the use of heat transfer mask which is included for our standard material but not glitter
HTV Application Instructions (heat press)
• Cut print side up, do not mirror
• Weed excess material, apply transfer mask
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 320°F
• Use firm pressure for 15-20 seconds
• Peel carrier warm
HTV Application instructions (home iron)
Cut print side up do not mirror, weed excess material, apply transfer mask
Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
Cover design with parchment paper or a teflon sheet
Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds
Peel carrier hot or cold
Each sheet may be +/- 0.20 inches

Printed Glitter HTV Instructions are below.
There are two methods for this one. One is with transfer tape and one is without. Personally, I find without easier as the texture of the glitter makes using transfer tape a little more tricky due to t he glitter texture. With the transfer tape you will need to guide the material onto the tape as you pull away the backing. We include the tape should you decide to try this method.
